Outside

The grounds of the complex are gorgeous.  A landscaping crew comes twice a week.  The swimming pool is beautiful and well maintained.  Also, there is a tennis court and a basketball court.

Living Room

The living room has all new floors and a beautiful view of the tennis court and pool.  There is plenty of room for quite a bit of furniture and you can see into the kitchen and the living room from the living room.

 

Kitchen and Dining Room

The kitchen is spacious and newly tiled.  All of the appliances are new including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, and built-in microwave.  The sink is a large basin stainless steel model with a garbage disposal.  There is a walk-in pantry with tons of storage space.  The counter tops are easy to clean and you will have lots of room.  The counter also has a built-in wine/beer refrigerator that opens to the dining room.  The dining room has a chandelier light with a dimmer and overlooks the patio.

 

 

Downstairs Bathroom

The downstairs bathroom is perfect if you are entertaining.  It is large for a half bathroom and has a new toilet, pedestal sink, lighting fixture and medicine cabinet.

Patio

The patio is large and has plenty of room for furniture and plants.  You also have a storage room with a lock on the patio.  The patio is between the carport and the kitchen, so you have easy access to your cars.

Carport

The carport is very large.  There is plenty of space for two large vehicles.  There are also storage cupboards with locks above the carport.

Main Bedroom

The main bedroom is huge!  You will be amazed at how much you can fit in this large room.  It also has a walk-in closet with rods on two walls and a double rod on one wall.  You can fit a wardrobe for four people!  You also have storage on shelves all the way around and the shelves are sturdy enough and large enough for big tubs or bins.
